about

Working across the UK and Sweden, I am a dramaturg with over seven years under my belt.

Experienced with in-house literary management at a mid-scale venue & project/production dramaturgy with emerging and established theatre practitioners.

I have adaptable skills to support you and your project's needs.

Rehearsal-room-ready and a literary expert, I've supported new writing, adaptation, and performance collage. I like to push boundaries, but always maintain a slick logic and narrative mastery.

Highly skilled in working with, but not limited to, alternative methods, climate perspectives, and intercultural communication.

Core Values

Queer

I work from and with queer perspectives in all that I do; it is a tool that supports inclusivity, intersectionality, and having a laugh. By nature, it is camp and playful whilst fostering new modes of looking at the social and political environment. Will always fight to protect the dolls.

Long-standing partner with queer company: Teater Dictat.

Ecological

I have committed my craft to ensure environmental justice is woven throughout. With eco-dramaturgical methods and sustainable production knowledge, I carry the voice of the non-human world in my work. Proud participant of the International Touring and Environmental Responsibility programme by Julie's Bicycle.

Decolonial

I recognise my privilege and push to decolonise my practice and work. Having lived and worked internationally, I recognise the need to support new narrative forms and expressions for a just and fair representation on our stages. Primary knowledge is founded through work with Northern European indigenous artists.
